Spinach
2 tbsp minced onion
¼ cup chicken broth or water
⅛ tsp cumin
⅛ tsp paprika
⅛ tsp turmeric
Pinch of fresh grated ginger
Pinch of ground coriander
Salt and pepper to taste

Sauté spices in chicken broth with onion.

Add spinach and stir gently until cooked. (substitute ¼ teaspoon garam masala for dry spices)
