2 tbsp lemon juice
1 serving Melba toast crumbs
1 tbsp finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic crushed and minced
⅛ tsp onion powder
⅛ tsp garlic powder
⅛ tsp curry powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine dry spices and Melba toast crumbs.

Dip fish into Melba and spice ixture to coat thoroughly.

Broil fish until fish is cooked and herbed crumb ixture is slightly brown.

Garnish with lemon slices and fresh parsley.
