Dr. Simeons performed decades of research on obesity in a clinical setting and found that his patients using hCG for weight loss had the smoothest transition from regular eating to the Very Low Calorie Diet (Phase 2) when they first prepared their bodies by eating plenty of fatty, high-calorie foods for two days.
