What Is a Lemonade Colon Cleanse and How Do I Do It?

The lemonade colon cleanse will really jump start your weight loss and helps give you remarkable results!  If you can’t commit to a full 10 days of cleansing before starting Phase 2, even 3-5 days will help.

The Lemonade Cleanse Recipe

* 2 Tablespoons of organic lemon juice

* 2 Tablespoons of organic grade B maple syrup

* 1/10 Teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

* 10 oz. of filtered water

This recipe is for a single serving of lemonade.  You should drink 6-12 servings a day.  Make a big batch by multiplying the recipe by the number of servings you plan on drinking that day.  Just make sure to keep it refrigerated and don’t make more than what you plan on drinking over the course of one day.  You want the lemonade to be as fresh as possible when you drink it.

You may be wondering how the lemonade tastes. The cayenne pepper is a real concern for some people.  The lemonade is surprisingly tasty and the cayenne pepper gives the lemonade a nice kick.

What if I don’t like spicy drinks?

You can find cayenne pepper capsules at most health food and vitamin stores.  Replace the ground cayenne pepper in the drink and instead, take two capsules per serving of lemonade.
