I just thought that I would drop by and let everyone know that I am doing well in the stabilization and maintenance portion of the HCG Drops diet. I am looking forward to taking the drops again in a few weeks and moving forward with my goals. I have found that sugar and birthday cake and I do not get a long too well, but I have also developed a desire for healthier foods, which is a nice side effect.

Well I have had quite the adventure, but despite the setbacks that I have had, I am thrilled with how well the drops work when I do my part, what I should be doing.

The last two days have been pretty busy around my house, and I did not get the chance to make videos of what happened in each day. On Monday, I gained .2 lbs, but this morning I was down .6 lbs. I have now lost a total of 17.7 lbs and I have 32.3 pounds until goal. I have been dancing a lot, and swimming as well as lifting weights, and just trying to keep myself in motion. I will be posting a video tomorrow, but wanted to let everyone know that I am still at it! These HCG Drops are AWESOME!!!
