I only knew about the injections. I was interested but not a fan of injections and the costly price of being under the care of a physician. I had a couple of friends who were successful so I was intrigued by it. I was not too keen on the 500 calorie diet since I have such a physical job, and the no oil concept was not too popular since I use all sorts of oils in my massage practice. I was careful about keeping the right food in my office refrigerator so I would be able to fuel my body. I made sure I ate something little every 3 to 4 hours whether it be a slice of tomato, a bunch of broccoli or asparagus, sliced apples, oranges or strawberries. That next morning, which would have been 8 days after I first started I was down 9 pounds!!! I was thrilled but the best part was that I was well rested and didn’t feel any after soreness from the big day before. This proves to me that this diet formula was working and not depriving me of any energy or nutrition. I am down 25 pounds as of today, May 11th 2011, exactly one month from the day I started. I have to admit that I have cheated a few of those days and it wasn’t even worth it because my body got sick and I had diarrhea for 2 days. As soon as I did a steak day, I lost the 2 pounds I had gained while cheating and felt good as new. All of my friends and clients are asking for this product since they are seeing the success I am having on HCG 1234. My goal is to lose another 125 pounds so I plan on going thru 4 cycles of this product. Even if I spent the full price, which I did not since I bought several at a time to save money, I would have only spent less than $300 for these 4 cycles.
