Can I exercise while on the HCG Zero Diet?
Yes, the HCG Zero diet permits exercise but does not require you to exercise. Keep in mind that if you exercise heavily while taking HCG Zero on the 800 or 1200 calorie diets, you will not experience the same weight loss results as if you follow the 500 calorie diet and only do light exercise. This is because your body is focusing on building and maintaining muscle mass instead of burning excess fat.
