I started at 184 on June 29, in between took 3 weeks off…it’s not September 8th and I am at 148… I am soooo happy! I haven’t been this size in 5 years since before I was pregnant with my daughter… Apparently my family feel that I have changed so much that 3 have bought and started the diet within a week of each other. So happy and hope that they also have a great result as well… Thanks for all your help and constant support which I did use.
